SX Tower
The material SX is a highly corrosion-resistant austenite with a Si content of 5 %. HUGO PETERSEN has been successfully using these for years in apparatus and pipeline construction in highly concentrated sulphuric acid up to a temperature range of 125 °C.
Mercury Removal
One of the special fields of PETERSEN technology is the separation of heavy metals, especially mercury and arsenic.
Alkaline scrubbers
Various PETERSEN technology processes are based on the absorption of acidic gaseous impurities from aqueous solutions.
