Turbo Agglomerator
Hugo Petersen Turbo Agglomerator is a separator developed specifically for fine dust and aerosol precipitation, combining a very high separation performance for the finest particles with simultaneous conveyance of the gases, including an additional pressure gain for upstream and downstream system parts.
By using a specially designed separator housing and impeller, a strong acceleration field is generated in the turbo agglomerator. Within this field, the fine dust and mists no longer follow the drag effect of the exhaust airflow. There is a spontaneous increase in the relative velocity between the aerosol particles, i.e. the number of particle collisions with subsequent agglomeration is increased quite significantly.
