The HUGO PETERSEN pressure jump separator (DSA) is used for the efficient wet separation of finest mists and dust, as well as for the absorption of gaseous pollutants.

It was designed as a static high-performance wet separator in all-plastic construction. The performance range goes beyond the precipitation of finest mists and dust, such that high separation efficiencies are also achieved in the aerosol range.

Its usefulness as an aerosol separator and absorption device has since been proven in extensive tests.
